About Rossendale Aikido
At Rossendale we practise Aikido under the Shin Gi Tai Aikido Association. Training develops movement, timing, balance, awareness and confidence in a supportive environment.
Aikido is non-competitive. The emphasis is on learning to move effectively, safely and calmly while developing both technical skill and confidence.
